An Gyungsu
An Gyungsu, from South Korea, participated more than twenty solo and group exhibitions, residencies in Korea, Germany and Russia. In 2016 his major group exhibitions are Degenerate Art, Art Space Pool in Seoul, Korea, Asia Art Show 2016, Asia Contemporary Art Platform Non-Berlin in Berlin, Germany, Extension. KR'at Triumph Gallery in Moscow, Russia. Meanwhile, he participated in eight group exhibitions and one solo venture in 2015 that included Memento at Space K in Gyeonggi and In and Out; Seoho Art Project at Seoho Museum in Korea, Philippines Korea Contemporary Arts Exchange Exhibit in Philippine, and Korea Exchange Exhibition: Minima Moralia at Irkutsk Regional Museum in Russia. He received Chong Kun Dang Art Award in 2015, 32nd Joong Ang Fine Arts Prize in 2010 and 7th Songeun Arts Award in 2007. Many well-known art foundations of Korea, such as 63 Sky Art Museum, and Arts Council Korea, support his practice.
